The prosperity promised by technological progress is being denied from humanity. Tech billionaires and their companies are harming us, our democracy and our planet. They are building data centers that steal local water and electricity and raise our energy costs. They give money to candidates who promote lies and steal elections. They refuse to rein in non-consenual nude images and child sexual abuse material. They profit off of exploiting and degrading women and children. They want AI to replace workers - teachers, truck drivers, cashiers, librarians, social workers, software developers - and frighten everyone else out of organizing for worker rights. They are happy to build technology for surveillance, war and ethnic cleansing so long as they continue to get richer.

I pledge to fight Big Tech monopolies, protect our personal data from being harvested for profit and surveillance, rein in AI, stop the data centers and tax the billionaires. We deserve a future in which technology is built for open communication and shared wealth, health and prosperity of all people.
